At Kimball Midwest, you are a name and not a number and we pride ourselves on our unique culture.  Responsibilities * Accountable for creating, maintaining, and enhancing software solutions that provide operational stability and seamless business continuity. * Responsible for delivering high-quality, innovative solutions that provide consistent, delightful experiences. * Engages in the entire software development lifecycle, from concept/design to development to delivery and post-launch support. * Collaborates with product partners and business stakeholders to grasp project requirements and translate them into technical specifications for software solutions which align with team strategies, standards, and guardrails. * Performs code reviews, ensuring code quality and adherence to coding standards, provides constructive feedback to team members. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience  * 1-4 years of experience and proficiency developing software applications using object-oriented programming languages, preferably C#  * Experience and proficiency working with relational database systems – including querying, design, implementation, and optimization * Conceptual understanding of DevOps practices and principles, including continuous integration, continuous delivery, and collaboration with operations teams to automate and streamline the software development lifecycle * Experience and proficiency with cloud computing, including deploying and managing cloud-based applications, leveraging cloud services, and implementing best practices * Ability to work outside of normal business hours  Additional Information This is a fully on-site position reporting to the office Monday through Friday.
