Job Description Software Engineer (Python, SQL, Angular), Chennai We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Software Engineer with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Python, SQL, and Angular. The ideal candidate will work on building and supporting data-driven applications, collaborating closely with data engineers, analysts, and product teams to deliver scalable and high-quality solutions. Responsibilities Develop, enhance, and maintain applications using Python, SQL, and Angular. Write efficient SQL queries for data extraction, validation, and reporting. Use Python for data processing, transformation, and backend logic. Build and maintain UI components using Angular to support data-driven workflows. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Ensure code quality through version control, reviews, and basic testing practices. Support and optimize existing data and application workflows for performance and reliability. Qualifications 1–2 years of hands-on experience as a Developer. Strong working knowledge of Python and SQL. Hands-on experience or working knowledge of Angular for frontend development. Basic understanding of data processing, ETL concepts, or backend services. Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows. Good problem-solving skills and the ability to learn quickly. Effective communication and teamwork skills. Preferred (Good to Have) Exposure to PySpark for large-scale data processing. Experience or familiarity with Snowflake or other cloud data warehouses. Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Understanding of data lake, data warehouse, or analytics architectures. Exposure to CI/CD pipelines or DevOps practices. Familiarity with Docker or containerization concepts.
