Job Description Role Overview We're looking for an Associate Software Engineer to join our full-stack development team. You'll work across multiple technology stacks, contribute to AI-powered applications, and collaborate with experienced developers on diverse client projects. Responsibilities Work with AI code agents and integrate LLM-powered features into applications Develop and maintain web applications using Python, Node.js, React, Next.js, and Laravel Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code Collaborate with team members on architecture decisions and code reviews Debug and troubleshoot issues across the full stack Participate in client meetings and communicate technical concepts clearly Contribute to continuous improvement of development practices Qualifications Technical Skills Proficiency in Python and Node.js for backend development Experience with React and Next.js for frontend development Working knowledge of Laravel/PHP (Optional) Familiarity with AI code agents (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, or similar tools) Strong understanding of programming fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms Experience with REST APIs and database management Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred (FAST NUCES, COMSAT, NUST and PUCIT) Minimum 6 months of professional or internship experience in software development Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities Communication Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Additional Information What We Offer Competitive salary of PKR 90,000/month Opportunity to work on diverse projects across multiple industries Exposure to modern technologies and AI-driven development Mentorship from experienced developers Growth-oriented environment with learning opportunities Timing: 2 PM-11 PM
