As an entry-level Associate role in Software Publisher Services, you will support the team in ensuring clients adhere to software licensing agreements and industry regulations. You will assist in conducting compliance assessments, analyzing licensing data, and helping clients optimize their software usage. This role is ideal for individuals with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for technology and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Assist in conducting software license compliance reviews and audits for clients. Collect, organize, and analyze software usage data from various sources. Support the preparation of compliance reports and recommendations. Collaborate with internal teams and clients to gather licensing documentation and clarify usage rights. Help identify potential licensing gaps, risks, and opportunities for optimization. Stay updated on software licensing models, vendor policies, and industry best practices. Maintain accurate records and documentation of compliance activities. Participate in training sessions to build expertise in software asset management and licensing. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field, with minimum GPA of 3.3 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools. Interest in software licensing, IT asset management, or compliance. Exposure to the end-to-end Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and integrity. Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken) – required. Willing to travel overseas, primarily to countries within the Greater China Region (Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau, China) and ASEAN. Preferred Skills (Nice to Have): Familiarity with software vendors such as Microsoft, Oracle, Adobe, or IBM. Exposure to SAM tools (e.g., Flexera, Snow, ServiceNow).
