As an Associate Solution Consultant - Payroll, you’ll be a pivotal player in delivering seamless, high-accuracy payroll reports that fuel our clients’ success. With a focus on precision and timeliness, you’ll manage payroll data from start to finish, building trust by ensuring every report is accurate and on time. Working within the Professional Services team, you’ll handle a diverse client portfolio, helping Benify maintain exceptional client satisfaction and retention through your dedication to quality and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Take end-to-end ownership of client reporting tasks, ensuring timely and accurate reporting that aligns with our service level agreements
- Validate, process, and deliver high-quality reports to clients
- Initiate and lead efforts to eliminate manual steps, driving efficiency and scalability
- Create and maintain the automated reporting schedule and make sure documentation for all processes are accurate and up to date
- Act as the main operational liaison for reporting, addressing client requests and troubleshooting as needed
- Work closely with Client Success Managers on payroll-impacting changes, attending and participating in client meetings and calls as needed
- Support on ad – hoc tasks, working with the broader Professional Services Team
