MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years of customer-facing experience
  • Experience in the employer health and benefits or health tech space
  • Experience in a high-growth, fast-changing environment
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information and messages to a broad and diverse audience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Ability to travel

Responsibilities

Carrot Fertility is seeking a passionate and customer-oriented Associate Solutions Consultant to join our growing team. You will serve as a plan design, product, and service offering expert for the Commercial team. This is a highly collaborative role that interacts with all facets of Carrot’s business.

The Associate Solution Consultant:

  • Has a deep understanding of how all facets of the plan design work together, including compliance considerations, and can thoughtfully craft solutions that meet clients’ needs.
  • Serves as a collaborative partner across all sales channels and subject matter expert in all parts of the product.
  • Supports Senior Solutions Consultants and Solutions Architects, as needed.
  • Provides on-demand deal support for SMB and MM Account Executives via weekly office hours.
  • Partners with the implementation team to support customer/partner implementations.
