Maintain and drive high levels of accuracy and regulatory compliance through collaboration with clinical teams, execution of compliance assessments, and navigation of non-compliance issue remediation. How you’ll make an impact: • Propose modifications for operational efficiency in partnership on contracts and engagement letters • Create and continuously improve routine reports and invoice reconciliation to enhance budget efficiencies • Interface with internal and external customers (e.g., proctors, HCPs) to provide resources for training and/or educational events • Provide logistics support for HCPs in adherence with Edwards compliance to established guidelines • Other incidental duties What you'll need (Required): Bachelor's Degree in In related field, 1 year years experience of previous related experience in professional education, contracts management and/or data analysis Required Experience working in sales, marketing, or healthcare industry Preferred What else we look for (Preferred): • Good computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Excel • Good written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills • Good problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills • Good knowledge and understanding of Edwards policies, procedures and guidelines relevant to professional education • Good understanding of medical device regulations and other applicable regulations • Strict attention to detail • Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment • Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control Edwards Lifesciences is the global leader in patient-focused medical innovations for structural heart disease, as well as critical care and surgical monitoring.
