Description
Main Purpose of the Role: Lead the development, analysis, and continuous improvement of Trade & Customs processes to enhance operational efficiency, ensure alignment with company policies, and achieve defined KPIs. Provide strategic input and governance over operational procedures, ensuring full compliance with customs regulations while balancing business objectives and performance targets. Drive involvement in system design, enhancement, and maintenance to strengthen customs compliance and elevate customer satisfaction. Apply & Renewal of IEAT/FTA licenses as well as other necessary license/permit related to the import & export activities. Lead sourcing initiatives for new logistics service providers, while conducting performance and cost evaluations of existing suppliers and benchmarking against potential alternatives. Provide oversight and backup support for the preparation of import/export and customs clearance documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance. Lead as a representative for Trade & Custom to coordinate cross-functional team related to import/export Comply strictly with the manual of management and operational regulations of the company. Provide collaboration in complying with the policy and regulations related to work environment, occupational health and safety. Other tasks as assigned by the company and line manager. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in logistics management, supply chain, international business would be an asset. At least 1-3 years of experience in logistics/ supply chain management. Good command of English in both oral and written communication. Knowledge of customs law, BOI, IEAT, FTA, international trade Communication skill Attention to detail and accurancy Analytical skill Highly responsible, reliable, and able to work well under pressure with self-motivated Computer skills - MS Office, ERP tools- WMS & TMS Fresh graduates are welcome
