JOB SUMMARY:

We are hiring an associate between 0 – 4 years’ PQE who has experience in Litigation and Dispute Resolution.

Key responsibilities include:

• Working closely with a Senior Counsel and his team
• Assisting in case preparation, legal research and drafting of documents
• Attending client meetings and Court proceedings
• Contributing to case strategy and providing legal advice as necessary
• Corresponding with clients, court and other counsel on case matters

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Singapore-qualified lawyer between 0 to 4 PQE
• Strong academic credentials and legal knowledge
• Skilled in analysis, research and writing
• An appreciation for practical / commercial considerations outside of the law
• Good communication skills
• Able to work well both in a team and independently
• Possesses initiative, drive and is proactive in work
