This role requires meticulous attention to detail, a commitment to accuracy, and the ability to work effectively within a fast-paced and dynamic environment. --- Job Responsibilities * Process and reconcile various financial data, including trade details, cash movements, and portfolio valuations. * Perform daily checks and validations to ensure data integrity and accuracy across multiple systems. * Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner, escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed. * Generate and review reports for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with established procedures. * Adhere to all regulatory requirements and internal company policies. * Collaborate with team members to optimize workflows and improve process efficiencies. * Participate in training sessions and contribute to knowledge sharing within the department. * Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients as required. --- Job Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. * 0-2 years of experience in financial services operations, back-office processing, or a similar analytical role.
