Job Description REQUIREMENTS: Experience: 4+ years Strong expertise in US technical hiring Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment for IT roles Strong understanding of technical skillsets, roles, and hiring trends Hands-on experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and job boards Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment compliance processes Strong ability to assess candidate fit and influence hiring decisions Experience in managing hiring managers and aligning expectations effectively RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, networking, and referrals Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and provide talent insights Manage multiple open positions while ensuring quality and timely delivery Drive a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Lead offer discussions and negotiations to close positions effectively Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure compliance with standards Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs Ensure adherence to organizational and client hiring policies and compliance requirements Qualifications Any Bachelor’s or master’s degree Service Region: South Asia
