Strong working experience in Generative AI, LLMs, and Agentic AI frameworks. Hands-on experience with LLM application frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, SmolAgents or similar. Experience in designing and implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and workflows. Strong proficiency in Python and experience working with AI/ML libraries. Experience with vector databases such as FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, or Azure AI Search. Hands-on experience with Knowledge Graphs and graph databases like Neo4j. Strong understanding of LLM internals, prompt engineering, fine-tuning techniques (LoRA, PEFT), and foundation models. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS (Bedrock, SageMaker) and/or Azure (Azure OpenAI, Azure ML, Azure AI Foundry). Knowledge of MLOps/LLMOps practices including model monitoring, logging, evaluation frameworks, and observability. Experience integrating structured and unstructured data sources for semantic search and contextual AI systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. RESPONSIBILITY: Writing and reviewing great quality code. Understanding functional requirements thoroughly and analysing the client’s needs in the context of the project. Envisioning the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements, and being able to define technologies, patterns and frameworks to realize it. Determining and implementing design methodologies and tool sets. Enabling application development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities. Being able to lead/support UAT and production roll outs. Creating, understanding and validating WBS and estimated effort for given module/task, and being able to justify it. Addressing issues promptly, responding positively to setbacks and challenges with a mindset of continuous improvement. Giving constructive feedback to the team members and setting clear expectations. Helping the team in troubleshooting and resolving of complex bugs. Coming up with solutions to any issue that is raised during code/design review and being able to justify the decision taken. Carrying out POCs to make sure that suggested design/technologies meet the requirements. Qualifications Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Responsibilities
