Superdigital is looking for an Associate Strategy Director who can join our team, leading social strategy for one of our biggest clients. You’ll love our team if you are an independent thinker, and a proactive self-starter with curiosity and imagination to help drive the business forward for both our agency and clients.

• Develop social and brand strategies across core platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, Instagram, Reddit, etc.)
• Keep a constant pulse on trending topics and cultural moments, providing recommendations for brand opportunities
• Understand consumer mindsets, attitudes, behaviors and media motivation and how to translate them into compelling insights
• Dig deep into performance metrics & platform analytics to create learnings & drive creative optimizations
• Develop creative briefs and manage the briefing process with creative team
• Bring fresh perspectives and new ideas
• Present to senior-level clients
• Contribute to cross-agency thought leadership initiatives
