ABOUT THIS POSITION

Henkel is looking for an Associate Manager Strategy in Dubai, UAE. You will play a key role in shaping Henkel’s commercial strategy across the IMEA region. From optimizing go-to-market (GTM) models to driving portfolio and pricing decisions, you will lead high-impact initiatives across multiple markets and business units. This is a hands-on strategy role that combines analytical rigor, stakeholder engagement, and a global lens—all within a fast-moving, industrial B2B environment

Responsibilities
  • Shape Future-Fit Go-to-Market Models:Contribute to the review and design of GTM models across the IMEA region and selected global marketsDefine customer segmentation and commercial service models (e.g., direct sales, distributor-led, hybrid) based on market potential and cost-to-serve Collaborate with global and regional teams to recommend scalable, efficient go-to-market strategies
  • Drive Portfolio, Pricing & Profitability Strategy:Lead workstreams related to strategic pricing, profitability improvement, and cost efficiencyConduct portfolio diagnostics to guide prioritization, resource allocation, and simplificationConnect commercial performance with strategic fit to support decision-making across SBUs
  • Deliver Market Intelligence & Strategic Insights:Own and enhance regional input into Henkel’s market intelligence platforms (e.g., dashboards, alerts, segmentation)Track industry dynamics, competitive developments, and customer behavior shiftsTranslate insights into executive-ready recommendations with clear strategic implications
  • Lead Strategic Projects with Executive Visibility:Manage data-driven strategy projects from opportunity sizing and P&L modelling to GTM evaluation and pricing analysisPrepare and present recommendations to senior stakeholders at regional and global levels
