Working closely with teams across Data, Product, Marketing, Operations, and Regional, we aim to meet growth targets for both revenue and margins, while ensuring reliable service for our customers. Through strong cross-functional collaboration, we support Gojek’s current business operations and drive expansion into existing and new markets, with a commitment to continuous improvement and thoughtful product development.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Demand Growth Associate to join our GoSend Strategy & Planning team at Gojek in Jakarta, Indonesia. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping data-driven strategies to enhance transactions, drive customer acquisition, and improve retention of our GoSend and GoBox services. You will contribute to the implementation of demand generation initiatives, analyze customer behavior to generate actionable insights, and support optimization efforts that fuel the growth of our core businesses.

WHAT YOU WILL DO



    • Execute demand generation initiatives aligned with data-driven insights and strategic business objectives

    • Develop and maintain performance dashboards to monitor key metrics and assess the effectiveness of growth initiatives
    • Provide actionable insights and recommendations through funnel conversion analysis, cohort analysis, and user segmentation
    • Uncover growth opportunities by analyzing market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Science, Marketing, Product, Research, and Risk to ensure seamless execution of growth strategies
    • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate key findings and data-driven recommendations to stakeholders

    WHAT THIS ROLE NEEDS



      • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or other related fields

      • 1-2 years of experience in data analysis or related fields is preferred
      • Proficiency in SQL, Tableau or other data analysis tools is preferred
      • Demonstrated understanding of A/B testing, cohort analysis, and funnel optimization
      • A structured problem-solving approach with attention to detail
      • Strong communication skills and a team player mindset
      • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
