ASSOCIATE STRUCTURAL ENGINEER

Industry: Civil & Structural Engineering Consultancy
Location: Enderby, Leicester
Salary: £55k- £65k
Hours of Work: Full-time (40 hrs pw, Monday–Friday)

Responsibilities

Leading technical design and analysis of steel, concrete, timber, and masonry structures
Managing multiple projects concurrently, allocating tasks to engineers and technicians
Liaising confidently with clients, consultants, and contractors in meetings
Producing accurate technical drawings, reports, and documentation
Ensuring quality, compliance, and project delivery to deadlinesDeveloping and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
