We are proud to have been selected as one of Sydney Water Corporation’s design development partners to help provide sustainable solutions to tackle the challenge that the Sydney metro area faces.
This is your chance to be part of a team delivering once-in-a-lifetime projects that will make a real difference in our communities. Together, let’s make everyday better!
THE OPPORTUNITY
This win, alongside other water projects in NSW and across Australia marks a transformative step in our ability to support clients in tackling their most complex infrastructure challenges.
To help us deliver innovative and successful solutions for our clients, we are seeking Associate Structural Engineers to join our Sydney team, to support our national industrial and water business.
This role is ideal for someone with established experience who is looking to take the next step in their career by helping to lead and develop our local Sydney team and working on a diverse range of water infrastructure projects.
You will have the opportunity to lead structural designs for steel structures across hydraulic structures, pump stations, service reservoirs, and treatment facilities along with general light and heavy industrial projects. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you’ll manage end-to-end project delivery, including design, documentation, and construction phase support.
Stepping into a supportive and inclusive work environment that values diversity and continuous improvement you will be given opportunities for leading and mentoring junior engineers and their professional growth and development of the local industrial and water teams. Where you’ll be able to refine your technical expertise, engage directly with clients, and contribute to projects that shape the future of industrial and water infrastructure.
ABOUT YOU
You will be a Chartered Professional Engineer with a bachelor’s degree in civil or structural engineering, with experience in across general industrial steel structures (knowledge of concrete design would also be beneficial) – buildings, framing and roofing. You have developed a solid foundation in structural design, analysis, and documentation and are eager to step into a role with more technical responsibility.
You will also bring a working style that embraces working collaboratively with other disciplines to bring together the best technical expertise from across a business. As well as a commitment to continuous learning and career progression, with a desire to develop and mentor junior engineers.
If you’re looking for a role where you can expand your technical expertise and take on greater project and leadership responsibilities, we’d love to hear from you!
