Job Description
AECOM are seeking an Associate - Structures professional to lead an engineering design team and plans (including budget + resources) schedules, organizes, coordinates, and executes the design work on projects of all scales, with regular interaction with an Associate Director or designated senior team member.

QUALIFICATIONS & MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 12 years post-undergraduate experience
• B. Sc or BEng in Civil / Structural Engineering, International Accreditation (MIstructE or equivalent).
• Local Authority Engineer registration required.

• Engineering Design, Managing BIM Model and Drawing production.
• Design Brief compliance, completeness and accuracy.
• Design coordination within Engineering and across disciplines.
• Design Delivery (Design Brief compliance, coordination, completeness & accuracy).
• Performs a self-check of work products before submitting them to others.
• Guide, manage and mentor team.
