We are seeking a team member for the role of Associate, (Supervisory), Fund/Client Accounting Representative II to join our Client Activation (Fund Accounting) Team. This role is responsible for coordinating and supporting the onboarding and activation of new clients and funds, with a focus on quality, accuracy, and timely delivery. The Associate will play an active role in ensuring operational readiness for fund launches and a smooth transition to business-as-usual operations. This position is based in Wrocław. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Working closely with stakeholders across Fund Accounting, Transfer Agency, Custody, Technology, and Client Service to support smooth transition to business-as-usual, Supporting more complex NAV-related tasks, identifying issues and escalating where needed, Coordinating onboarding and activation activities for new funds and clients, ensuring readiness for fund launches, Ensuring accuracy and timeliness of key fund accounting deliverables during the activation phase, including review of static data and initial NAV outputs, Monitoring onboarding progress and following up on open items to help avoid delays, Responding to internal and client queries related to fund setup and activation, Contributing to process improvements and supporting junior team members when needed.
