Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking an Associate Supply Base Management Specialist to join our team in Dallas, TX.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

• 3+ years of experience in in Supply Chain, Order Management, Supplier Management, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in Project Management
• 3+ years of experience collaborating with Executive and Senior leadership
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Experience in Procurement utilizing standard

• Participate in managing supplier/subcontractor business relationships, in-service requirements and performance to contractual obligations and expectations
• Gather and review data for use in supplier performance evaluations
• Identify and communicate potential risks and issues
• Provide support in the development of mitigation plans
• Deploy operating authority to improve product delivery and quality performance
• Support the development and implementation of supplier project plans
