Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) is seeking an Associate Supply Chain Specialist (Level 2) to support the Bombers Operations Team in Oklahoma City, OK.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

  • 1+ years of experience in finance, supply chain, project management, supplier management, or accounting
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office tool suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP systems
  • Experience in Microsoft Excel data analysis to include pivot tables and charts
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, or equivalent work or military experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

  • Experience working in a cross functional environment
  • Experience in a role that required excellent communication, project management, presentation, and facilitation skills
  • Experience with REDARS and/or Gold ESP
Responsibilities
  • Assists in analyzing production supply chain data to define reorder points and quantities
  • Enters, tracks, monitors and coordinates customer material and delivery requirements and customer orders
  • Assists in processing material returned from customers
  • Assists in the analysis of supplier and/or customer data regarding products or services to include repair capabilities, capacity and performance
  • Required involvement in a multitude of supply chain related activities to include customer demand review, forecasting assessment, ordering of materials, reporting on supply activity, strategy development for support of prime contract requirements, enhancing processes and procedures, and working across a multi-functional services team
