Description

Description Responsible for the support and sustaining of existing products throughout the Staco electrical product line, utilizing internal and external resources as necessary to ensure all released product issues are resolved in a timely manner. Responsible for supporting the development team on product testing. 1. Work closely with all departments to ensure products and processes are maintained and issues affecting product quality or manufacturability are resolved quickly. 2. Maintain the engineering lab and test equipment. 3. Implement product and cost improvements as identified. 4. Perform test procedures and provide manufacturing support as required. 5. Provide technical support to customers or other departments as required. Requirements Associates Degree with 3 years of experience in electronics, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with AC or DC power supplies, transformers, three phase power and Battery Chargers is a plus. Thorough understanding in the use of typical lab test equipment.
