We’re looking for an Associate, Sustainable Product, APAC to join our Sydney team - a motivated professional ready to make an impact! In this exciting new role, you’ll contribute to delivering innovative sustainable solutions across the APAC region. Role Responsibilities Support product innovation and execution across sustainable index, data, and analytics offerings, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines. Assist in gathering and reviewing client requirements to inform product development aligned with their sustainability objectives. Collaborate with product managers and internal collaborators throughout the design and development process. Prepare product documentation and basic training materials to support commercialisation of new and existing offerings. Provide input to the product roadmap and help prioritise tasks under guidance from senior team members. Staying informed on developments in the sustainability industry, including regulatory changes and competitor activities. Assist in promoting sustainability capabilities and products through marketing activities such as webinars, events, and social media campaigns. Qualifications and Experience Required Demonstrated interest in sustainable investment and understanding how ESG preferences influence investment processes and decision-making. Familiarity with product design or product management processes; prior exposure to sustainable products is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively in a global, matrix organisation. Proactive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges. Highly organised with strong attention to detail; able to manage multiple tasks effectively. Good judgment and problem-solving skills to support decision-making and identify potential issues early. Awareness of emerging sustainability trends and willingness to develop expertise in this area. Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in another language is advantageous.
