REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong leadership, management, and organizational skills

• Outstanding oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple workloads and can prioritize work effectively

Technical requirements:

• Member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines
• Excellent academic credentials
• At least 2 to 5 years legal experience. Candidate with previous experience in law firm preferred.

The associate will provide high-quality and timely legal services to clients of SyCipLaw. His or her responsibilities include the following:

• Handle transactions and cases for clients.
• Represent clients before courts and other governmental agencies.
• Draft pleadings, contracts and other documents required by the client.
• Conduct legal research and provide advice to clients on legal matters.
• Assist clients in complying with legal requirements (e.g., obtain permits, make filings, etc.).
• Build and develop relationships with clients.
• Handle notarial requirements of SyCipLaw Subic.
