POSITION OVERVIEW

We’re seeking a self-motivated, early-career IT professional to join our team as a Junior Systems Administrator. Reporting to the Director of Information Technology, you’ll manage and support computer systems (workstations & servers), plan future improvements, and assist with infrastructure upkeep. This is more than just a job—it’s a career with no salary cap for the right person. We want someone eager to learn, driven to grow, and committed to becoming a long-term asset.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Information Technology, or a related field

OR anticipated graduation within 12 months.

  • Familiarity with servers, virtualization technologies, and Windows environments
  • Solid understanding of networking concepts and Internet infrastructure
  • Awareness of computer security principles and risk-mitigation strategies
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities
  • Assist in administering servers, workstations, and network infrastructure (LAN/WAN/Internet)
  • Support virtualization platforms and maintain system documentation

  • Collaborate on system upgrades, new deployments, and documentation
