Overview Location: Onsite in New Stanton, PA Job Type: Contract to Hire Work Authorization: U.S. Citizen or Green Card The A.C.Coy company has an immediate need for a contract-to-hire Associate Systems Administrator. This individual will be an important member of the Infrastructure team, responsible for assisting in the administration of all enterprise-level systems and providing end-user support. Responsibilities Provide daily end-user and operational support; ensure positive resolution of help desk tickets Acquire and install network and server hardware and software for the facility Evaluate and recommend hardware and software acquisitions and upgrades Participate in the establishment and maintenance of hardware and software standards Data backup and retention, network security and database administration Create and maintain a routine maintenance schedule for servers and other equipment Administration of phone system, FAX machines and copiers Maintain accurate records of software licensing and asset tracking of hardware Ensure security of network and communications systems, and assist with disaster recovery preparedness and planning Assist with training and mentoring of other team members Qualifications Required Minimum 3 years of IT support experience Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems on various PC and notebook configurations Proficiency in the administration of Active Directory and Office 365 Hands-on experience with network equipment – Routers, Switches Experience utilizing one or more ticketing systems Ability to handle multiple tasks, projects and assignments to meet established goals and deadlines Ability to work in a high volume, high detail work environment Preferred Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field Ability to perform basic PowerShell scripting Any experience supporting a manufacturing environment
Responsibilities
