Job Description Role Summary The main role of the Associate Talent Acquisition is to ensure we are getting the right talent, providing the right environment and increasing our brand loyalty to deliver best-in-class results, setting our brands up for sustainable success. What's On Your Plate? You will support in managing, planning and coordinating interviews with multiple stakeholders throughout our functions teams including the TA team. You will support the team with identifying the best talent and providing market insights. Supporting in improving on candidate experience through core interactions. Managing Smart Recruiter to ensure all applications and offers are updated on behalf of the TA team. You will stay up-to-date and support with our current Candidate Experience and Employer Branding topics to support operational tasks. You will have the opportunity to take on various side projects to aid in your growth and continuous development. Qualifications Minimum 2+ years of experience in the 360 Recruitment process with a strong background in candidate sourcing. We’re looking for a hunter that has handled recruitment at a large scale in different markets in the country. Experience recruiting throughout Iraq is mandatory! You will be a collaborative professional with former experience dealing with multiple stakeholders. Experience of using recruitment ATS systems (preferably Smart Recruiter!) and be highly proficient with recruitment CV databases and LinkedIn Recruiter! Highly motivated to create and deliver creative, exciting and impactful results.
Responsibilities
The Associate Talent Acquisition will manage interview coordination, candidate sourcing, and stakeholder engagement to support the recruitment team. They will also maintain the ATS, provide market insights, and contribute to employer branding initiatives.
