Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Tax equivalent or Experience in financial-services operations or tax reporting—ideally in a client-facing capacity Exceptional communicator with client-friendly language Highly organized, with proven ability to prioritize competing requests by urgency, complexity and risk Driven by accountability, collaboration and a relentless focus on client success Proficiency in a second language (Spanish/German/French/Dutch or Italian) is a plus
