You can learn more about us at: http://www.cesltd.com/ Role Overview The Technical Lead will oversee architecture and design for the Risk & Research Technology organization, facilitating migration to cloud-native technologies and integration with enterprise platforms such as Aladdin. The role ensures consistent engineering practices across squads, accelerates shared component development, and mentors technical teams across the offshore organization. Responsibilities • Lead architecture and design for cloud-native migration of Risk & Research applications. • Collaborate with horizontal enterprise engineering teams to define and refine reusable frameworks and patterns. • Perform and guide hands-on development of shared R2 frameworks to support business-aligned squads. • Oversee design reviews, CI/CD standards, and production readiness across teams. • Mentor technical staff and ensure consistent engineering excellence across onshore/offshore teams. • Drive observability, performance tuning, and resilience for all deployed services. Required Skills & Experience • 10+ years of enterprise architecture and development experience, with specialization in asset management or investment risk systems. • Proven success leading cloud migration initiatives (Azure/Microsoft) and integrating enterprise platforms (e.g., Aladdin). • Strong platform-level design background with focus on scalability and maintainability. • Familiarity with agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban. Preferred Skills • Azure Services, Airflow, dbt, SQL, Python, C#, SSIS • Expertise in clean architecture, service-oriented design, and observability frameworks. • Strong leadership and cross-team collaboration skills.
