Services Description (Technical Delivery Manager/Technology Project Manager) Responsible for managing and delivery of information technology (IT) Projects and related vendor & stakeholders' management. Candidate will work with other teams to accomplish project goals and assure delivery of project on time, within budget and achieve project scope. Responsible for project execution and managing technical scope deliveries during the whole project life cycle. The role duties will include but not necessarily be limited to the following: Technical Deliveries Work with bank's internal infrastructure and Cloud Engineering teams to set up and configure new environments to support the project execution Liaise with IT Security on the requirement and clearance of the IT Security checklist before project go-live which include VAPT, hardening, monitoring, etc. Work closely with vendor to address all the pre requisite technical requirements, deployment and subsequent technical support to ensure the project are on track in term of timeline, scope and cost Work with other interfacing application teams on all technical related scope for the project Project Management Deliveries Assist Program Manager on the timelines and deliverables for project implementation when necessary Key member to contribute and deliver agreed outcomes that realise benefits within agreed scope, time, cost and quality Report status to the Program Manager and Lead for consolidated update to Project Steering Committee (PSC) on status of financials, risks, issues and progress towards milestones and deliverables Ensure adherence to agreed project, program methodologies, enterprise methodologies and processes Monitor and track day to day contributions to the projects Risk & Issue Management Direct the identification, monitoring, reporting and escalation of risks and issues to the project Program Manager for update to ITD Management, PWC, PSC, business owners and stakeholders to achieve resolutions Stakeholder Management Engage, inform, influence and negotiate with stakeholders, including customers' business units responsible for the technology and business services Vendor & Co delivery Team Management Vendor, other co delivery team Management Manage vendors, other infra team throughout the implementation, including identification of issues and resolution, technical requirements, and status update Requirements Possess a recognized degree with minimum 5 years working experience Experience working in banking domain is a plus Experience working with current web technologies and implementing AWS/cloud services Excellent interpersonal / stakeholders management skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple concurrent initiatives Experienced in delivering quality results on time despite handling multiple tasks in parallel Collaborate with various parties at all levels, within and outside of the team "Hands on", "can do" and "get things done" attitude Ability to help oneself, help others and to request for help when necessary Proactive and able to work under pressure, strong problem solving skills and positive attitude Leadership skills, takes ownership and responsibility Good ownership on the scope and high commitment to drive completion of the planned works
