Program Overview: The SGP is a two-year rotational program tailored for fresh graduates or young professionals with equal or less than 1 years of experience. Through three job rotations, you will gain hands-on experience, receive structured training, and be mentored by industry leaders – all to prepare you for a futureleadership role at Schneider Electric. Exciting Rotation Plan to Develop an Excellent Engineering Career: Rotation 1 – Services: Gain hands-on experience in delivering customer-centric solutions and maintaining critical systems. Rotation 2 – Tendering: Learn how to design and propose technical solutions that meet customer needs and business goals. Rotation 3 – Product Marketing Management: Understand market dynamics, product positioning, and how to drive innovation and growth. Eligibility Criteria: Fresh graduates or professionals with up to 1 year of work experience Background in Electrical Engineering or Automation Excellent command of English Good digital acumen and adaptability to new technologies.
