Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking an Associate Technical Publications Project Manager (Level 2) to join our team in Hazelwood, MO.
In this role, you will support the F-15 technical publications organization as a project manager. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to ensure the successful achievement of key milestones and deliverables.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

  • 3+ years of experience collecting, organizing, synthesizing, and analyzing data, summarizing findings, developing conclusions and recommendations from appropriate data sources
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Applications
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

  • Experience in project management
  • Experience with Technical Publications, aircraft systems or technical data
  • Experience in Earned Value Management
  • Experience in program management
  • Proven ability to work with cross functional teams
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher or equivalent work experience

SUMMARY PAY RANGE: $68,850 - $93,150

Responsibilities
  • Directs and monitors technical data development from the program level ensuring technical data is developed and delivered on schedule and in accordance with contract requirements
  • Proactively engages in cost management to ensure deliverables are completed within budget
  • Creates and manages risks, issues, and opportunities to include leading teams through mitigation plans
  • Follows established processes to ensure technical manual data/procedures are documented and current
  • Works with customers on pricing and scheduling issues
  • Coordinates information related to configuration changes that impact publication data
  • Performs day-to-day project management of F-15 technical publications deliverables
  • Manages estimates for new efforts
  • Creates presentation material to brief to internal programs and external customers
