Media Architects isn’t just a tech company, we’re problem-solvers! We specialize in live production streaming and video learning systems. As authorized partners for top-tier brands like LiveU, Q-SYS and Panopto, we’re trusted to deliver exceptional solutions that work. We’re looking for a hands-on Associate Technical Specialist to be part of our team, working together to shape the future of new media technology.
The Opportunity:
This isn’t a desk job. We need someone who is ready to roll up their sleeves and get things done. You’ll be a vital part of our technical team, taking charge of projects from start to finish. If you’re a skilled professional who gets satisfaction from building, troubleshooting, and delivering solutions that make a real difference for clients, this is the role for you.

What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

  • Hands-on Systems Deployment: Support with installation, setup, and deployment of AV system Projects. This includes hands-on work with wiring, cabling, and using hand/power tools to ensure every project is executed with precision.
  • Customer Support: Provide direct technical support to our clients, working to resolve issues, making sure they can use their new systems effectively.
  • Technical Problem-Solving: Support our systems team for troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues. You’ll also work with our partners to find solutions and manage the RMA process for equipment.
  • Project Implementation: Work as a team on system installations according to technical plans and diagrams to ensure all specifications are met.

Who We’re Looking For:

We need a self-starter with a solid technical background and a can-do attitude.

  • Technical Skills: You are proficient in Professional Audio, Video, Lighting, and IT networks.
  • Experience: You have 1-2 years of verifiable, hands-on experience setting up and supporting these types of systems. Experience with live production or multimedia technology is a big plus.
  • Specialized Knowledge: Any experience with AV Control System Design (Q-SYS, Extron or Crestron) programming will make you a very strong candidate.
  • Customer Focus: You can confidently talk to clients and provide professional, clear support.
  • Work Ethic: You are efficient, adaptable, and willing to learn. We need someone who is reliable and takes ownership of their work.
  • Education: A diploma in a media technology-related field is preferred but not required if you have the right experience.

What We Offer:

  • A real, hands-on role where you can put your technical skills to the test every day.
  • The chance to work with a small, close-knit team where your contributions are highly visible and valued.
  • Exposure to industry-leading brands and challenging projects.
