ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM

As the Associate Technician Field Ops, you will be working alongside the Network Delivery Managers and Project Managers following Heathrow processes and standards, to support the delivery of all required network deliverables.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Being customer facing including reviewing customer requirements, surveys, scoping, project timelines, testing, patching and quality checks during site or demise visits
• Manage project information in Clarizen, Celsius and Salesforce.
• Produce regular reports and maintain folders for projects as requested.
• Work alongside the minor works and Project Managers to coordinate works with fit out contractors planning-supervisors, construction managers & various airport clients where required.
• Upon acceptance of quotation(s), assist in the planning and scheduling of work plans
• Attend meetings with other 3rd parties and stakeholders and assist in resolving any changes to the agreed cost plan and project timelines.
• Prepare End of Job packs upon completion of the works to provide all necessary documentation to all interested parties and for billing
• Minimise the risk of implementation problems by carrying out regular reviews of the progress of the customer requests and agreed time frames.
