Overview:
The Associate Technology Transfer Specialist supports the development of U.S. Army positions related to the transfer of military and dual-use technologies to foreign countries.
Responsibilities:

- Supports the drafting and coordination of export control policies and procedures regarding initiatives or approved programs as they apply to FMS cases FMS and Direct Commercial Sales (DCS) cases and other initiatives or approved programs.
- Review documentation concerning policies, objectives and implementing procedures pertaining to Security Assistance (SA) initiatives, with a focus on these programs that relate to the Army’s modernization priorities.
- Review, provide input to, and comment on Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA), OSD and Joint Actions which have security cooperation and technology transfer implications. Contractor shall provide support to oversight with respect to the review, analysis and initiation of technology transfer and disclosure matters, related to Army acquisition programs and the Army’s industrial base, U.S. Allies and partners, and the integration of FMS, DCS, and OMA initiatives with the Army and DoD.
