Work Flexibility: Hybrid Associate Territory Manager Location: Andalucia (base Malaga) Stryker is looking for a motivated and commercially driven Associate Territory Manager to support and grow our Neurosurgical business in Andalucia. https://www.stryker.com/es/es/portfolios/neurotechnology-spine/cranial.html This role offers the opportunity to work closely with indirect sales channels, key clinical stakeholders and internal teams, contributing directly to business growth and customer satisfaction in a highly dynamic medical environment. Job Sum-Up Maximizes revenues from sales of the organization's products and/or services through a base of reseller partners such as dealers, systems integrators, value-added resellers (VARs), distributors or retailers. Locates, evaluates and recruits potential channel partners. Supports partners throughout the sales process in all sales-oriented activities, such as marketing, advertising, sales promotions and training, to achieve revenue targets. What you will do Maintaining market share and customer satisfaction of our existing customers within the assigned territory/customers Create new sales opportunity Support the organization of local event for education, referral program (Ambassador), targeting new stakeholder and NCS Make constant reporting on sales evolution and budget to RSM through Business Review Implement strategy at local level in coordinating with RSM, BDM and PM Visit periodically the Customers and map Customers stakeholders Proactively contribute to the sales and growth requested by Stryker for a specific area Constantly report to the entire organization (marketing and sales) about project assignment Participate actively to the STAFF meeting Knows the individual customer’s value drivers Provide customer with ongoing advice and consultation, helps him to avoid potential land mines Customer care for physicians, surgical/theatre staff and hospital administration with the goal of achieving qualitative and sales-oriented consultation Marketing programs implementation. Promotions, presentations, launching. Organizing and conducting trainings, surgical/theatre participation, view surgeries and workshops Regular reporting to Regional Sales Manager, on the evolution of the sales and investments, relevant information from the marketplace and adaptation to the circumstances of the market. Interface between the external end users/suppliers and internal staff (Customer service, Tender & pricing, Logistics, inventory) Constantly monitoring the situation of pending orders of product already implanted Challenge the status quo (comfortable challenging customers and decision makers) Solution provider & Natural Networkers Able and willing to transition customers to a new Sales Force Able to develop relationship with multiple and different stakeholders in the Accounts Willing to cover large territory Promoting and disseminating the culture of compliance (compliance with regulations and ethical behaviour). Fulfil the quality policy and comply with company’s standard operative procedures with particular attention to the Vigilance ones What you need Required Qualifications Minimum 4 years of professional work experience, ideally within the medical device or healthcare sector. Strong understanding of hospital environments and indirect sales models. Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities. Commercial mindset with strong organizational and communication skills. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. Fluency in Spanish and English. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
