This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong technical mindset who’s keen to build a long-term career in medical device sales, working with advanced technology including Mako. This role suits someone who enjoys problem-solving, learning complex systems and applying that knowledge in real clinical environments. You’ll be supported by an experienced team and leaders who are invested in your development, while being encouraged to take ownership of your learning and performance. What you’ll do: Support surgeons in theatre during joint replacement procedures Learn and support advanced technologies, including Mako robotic-assisted surgery Provide clinical and technical guidance to hospital teams Build strong relationships with surgeons, nurses and theatre staff Work closely with your Territory Manager to plan and execute territory strategies Contribute to account planning and track performance against goals Prepare for cases, manage instruments and support accurate set logistics Stay across new technologies, techniques and industry developments Who you are: Technically minded with the ability to learn complex systems quickly Comfortable explaining technical concepts clearly and confidently Experience creating, planning and executing structured plans Hungry to succeed and motivated by progress and results Strong at building rapport and influencing others Comfortable spending time in theatre environments Background in engineering, biomedical science, technology, healthcare or sales is highly regarded Why Stryker? These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
