Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As an Associate Territory Manager in Sports Medicine, you’ll own your territory by building strong relationships with surgeons and healthcare professionals. You’ll provide expert clinical support, help improve patient outcomes, and contribute to your team’s sales targets. You’ll be part of a supportive team of five, led by a manager with over 25 years of industry experience who prioritises ongoing development and learning.

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own Your Territory: Plan your approach, target key accounts, and develop strategies to grow sales and market .
  • Support Clinicians: Deliver clinical and technical support during procedures, organise product demonstrations, and ensure users are confident with our solutions.
  • Drive Growth: Identify new opportunities, develop relationships, and help the team meet its sales targets through proactive engagement.
  • Collaborate & Support: Work closely with colleagues, insights, and contribute to a high-performance team environment.
  • Problem-Solving: Think on your feet and react quickly to handle unfamiliar scenarios—whether troubleshooting complex technical issues during surgery, resolving client concerns rapidly, or managing supply and inventory challenges under pressure.
