EXCITING 12-MONTH OPPORTUNITY: ASSOCIATE TERRITORY MANAGER – TRAUMA IN AUCKLAND

We’re looking for a confident, motivated professional to support our Trauma team in Auckland on a 12-month contract. Responsibilities

WHAT THE ROLE IS ABOUT

This role is about partnering with existing Territory Managers to help grow their territories and support life-changing procedures. You’ll develop a solid understanding of trauma products, support clinical outcomes, and help grow our presence in Auckland’s hospitals. You’ll be supported by a high-performing team of 12, with a strong culture of collaboration, growth, and opportunity to develop your skills.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Support Territory Growth: Work alongside Territory Managers to assist in reaching targets, expanding relationships, and increasing market share.
  • Support Surgical Teams: Be in the operating theatre, providing technical and clinical advice during surgeries to ensure optimal product use.
  • Build Strong Relationships: Develop real trust with healthcare professionals, influencing decisions and delivering value.
  • Work with Your Team: Collaborate with sales and clinical specialists to achieve shared goals and support business growth.
  • Resolve Challenges: Think on your feet—handle product troubleshooting, supply issues, and unexpected scenarios swiftly and confidently.
