Description Muir Wood Teen Treatment | Riverside, CA | Full-Time $70,000-80,000 annually based on experience |Sunday–Thursday 10am-6pm About the Role As an Associate Therapist in a residential program for teens (12–17), you’ll build real depth quickly: individual therapy, family sessions, and daily groups, all within a structured milieu and alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team. This is one of the most immersive clinical training environments available—high-acuity clients, crisis work, and consistent supervision that accelerates your path to licensure. We’re looking for clinicians who already have a foundation in individual and group therapy and are ready to build real clinical depth. You should be engaged, coachable, and comfortable stepping into meaningful responsibility within a fast-paced, team-based setting. What You'll Do Facilitate multiple therapy groups per week using DBT, CBT, ACT, and trauma-focused modalities—group therapy is a central function of this role Provide individual and family therapy sessions Spend time in the milieu building rapport, modeling interventions, and shaping treatment in real time Conduct biopsychosocial and risk assessments to inform individualized treatment plans Collaborate in daily and weekly multidisciplinary team (MDT) meetings Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation Participate in rotating on-call schedule and provide crisis support as needed Note: This is a full-time, in-person role. Schedule includes one weekend day (Sunday).
