REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Degree in scientific, economic, or humanities disciplines. Alternatively, equivalent education with proven experience in technical-commercial activities of at least 2 years.
  • Competence in using computer systems.
  • A valid driver’s license (B) and availability for frequent travel within the assigned area and occasionally nationwide.
  • Knowledge of the English language.
  • Knowledge of the medical device market and therapies.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, problem-solving, consultative approach, results-oriented, teamwork, proactivity, assertive communication skills, and familiarity with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.
    The ideal candidate should possess strong public speaking skills, have experience in the diabetic field, and demonstrate spontaneous empathy. A genuine passion for healthcare and a deep commitment to patient well-being are also essential qualities for success in this role.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct technical training for new patients, monitoring the correct use of devices and delving into advanced features.
  • Provide post-sales support to patients, in addition to the 24/7 technical assistance service available in the Diabetes division, as needed and when circumstances require.
  • Participate in follow-up meetings to address requests from patients and diabetologists.
  • Promote continuous technical training and raise awareness among diabetic teams on the optimal management of diabetes with Medtronic devices.
  • Schedule technical training for the activation of new patients.
  • Collaborate in the commercial cycle and prescription process, ensuring inventory management.
  • Provide administrative support to the manager and colleagues in controlling territorial costs.
  • Engage healthcare professionals in educational activities, organizing local training events and providing technical support during scientific events.
