The work of the Commercial Division now constitutes approximately 45% of the court’s civil jurisdiction.
As an Associate, you will provide operational, administrative, and technical legal support to the Judge both in chambers and in court. The role involves case file management, a strong emphasis on communication at all levels, legal research, drafting and proof reading.
You will have a legal background, the drive to succeed, ability to perform under pressure and the capacity to work well in a small team. Candidates should have an interest in commercial law.
