Key Accountability To process and/or check Trade Finance (LC) transactions and relevant supporting documentations to ensure compliance to UCP rules, internal bank policies and expectations in terms of quality and turnaround time: Responsibilities Processing and/or checking of Trade Finance Letter of Credit (LC) Advising/Confirmation transactions. Review swift and mail LC for authenticity and LC workability issue. Ability to identify discrepancies, highlight irregularities and red flag items during processing. Co-operate with team members to achieve daily tasks assigned. Timely and accurate execution of work assigned. To support the trade counter in a customer facing role and dealing with external clients and internal stakeholders over the telephone. Perform scanning to digitalise physical documents received. Assist Trade Team in amending extracted data vs Trade Supporting Documents Ability to organize and change priorities frequently within a given day, multitask, work independently and with others while demonstrating a positive attitude.
