What Will You Be Doing


This role is based in Brisbane and will have accountability and oversight for:


  • Accurate and timely processing of client buy and sell trading
  • Process cash movements within FIIG’s bank accounts
  • Reconciliations of cash, trades, FX, client receivables and payables
  • Manage journal entries into the company’s systems
  • End of day reporting to management ensuring any issues are escalated
  • Ensure activities are signed off by managers and work to strict GS007 audit requirements and support auditors
  • You will be a key contact between front and back office to ensure queries and issues are resolved ensuring a positive client experience.
  • Contribute ideas to improving processes and efficiencies
  • Month end reporting to finance
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of written procedures documents
  • Cross train in other functions within the Custody team

We’d love to hear from passionate people who have:


  • 2-5 years experience within financial services
  • Experience with Fixed Income securities (a strong advantage)
  • Intermediate to Advanced computer literacy in MS Office with a focus on Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrate initiative, problem solving skills and have strong attention to detail
  • Experience working in a GS007 Certified operations team an advantage
