JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for dynamic and experienced Freelance Trainers to conduct short, high-impact courses in:

• Workplace Communication Skills
• Effective Communication & Interpersonal Skills
• Business Writing
• Presentation Skills (with use of modern AI tools like Gamma, Beautiful.ai, etc.)
• Handling Difficult Conversations
• Influencing & Persuasion Skills
• Active Listening and Conflict Management

The role involves delivering practical, interactive training sessions to corporate clients and professionals, either in-person or online.

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 3 years of training or relevant professional experience in communication, soft skills, or public speaking
• ACTA or ACLP certification is required
• Proficient in delivering training both virtually and face-to-face
• Strong command of English and confident presentation skills
• For presentation training: Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Gamma, Beautiful.ai, or similar) is a strong advantage
• Energetic, engaging, and learner-focused

  Pay: $700.00 - $1,000.00 per month
