JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Associate – Treasury and Cash Management Advisory Solutions role is a key contributor to GTB’s Client and Product Management team supporting the Corporate Client origination team for any cash management product/ solution related requirement working closely with his/ her reporting manager.

Specific responsibilities will include :

  • Assist with the end-to-end delivery of critical migration projects as the business representative working closely with various key stakeholders.
  • Partner with corporate cash management origination teams and other key stakeholders to ensure client migration readiness.
  • Develop and present client-facing materials to facilitate migration planning and execution.
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders, aiding in informed decision-making.
  • Formulate and present migration strategies based on client requirements and stakeholder input.
  • Foster strong relationships and establish regular touchpoints with key stakeholders (including clients, origination team, support teams, technology owners, marketing, and legal) to ensure alignment on critical tasks and timelines, and to promptly address any issues.
  • Demonstrate project management expertise by meticulously tracking and reporting on the progress and key project milestones, ensuring timely updates and clear communication with all stakeholders.
  • Manage internal and external stakeholder expectations with respect to the project delivery roadmap working closely with the origination team.
  • Gather market requirements and industry trends to support the business requirements.
  • Stay informed about new market offerings, competitor products, and industry changes.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Undergraduate degree with 5 years of relevant work experience preferably in Corporate Cash Management/ Treasury.
  • Client-centric approach; valuable experience in corporate/commercial client-facing roles within banking sales or the financial services industry.
  • Extensive knowledge of the cash management/treasury product landscape, including liquidity, payments, receivables, and delivery channels.
  • Well-versed in treasury management and ERP systems such as Kyriba, SAP, and NetSuite, used by corporate clients for payments, reconciliation, and other accounting needs.
  • Relevant recent experience of medium to large scale change management/migration projects preferably in banking/financial services will be an asset.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for audiences at all levels internally and externally with clients.
  • Highly proactive and results-driven, with a proven track record of successfully completing projects.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Practical experience in drafting project roadmaps, business process flows, and user stories is an advantage.
  • Advanced skills in leveraging the Microsoft365 suite of applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proficient in using technical tools such as JIRA and Confluence is a plus.
  • Positive attitude with an insatiable desire to learn.
  • Comfortable dealing with ambiguous or unclear situations.
  • Work effectively with diverse teams.
