What You'll Do As a Sales Associate, you’ll be the heart of our store, helping customers and supporting your team. Your primary responsibilities will include: Customer Service: Actively assist customers, answer questions, and perform carry-outs. Store Operations: Operate cash registers. Stock and maintain product displays and inventory. Keep the store clean and organized. DIY & Product Knowledge: Promote our Best Rewards Program. Cut materials like keys, chain, and glass. Mix paint, place special orders, and assist with Rug Doctor rentals. Who We're Looking For We want people who are ready to learn and have a positive, can-do attitude. You'll be a great fit if you have: A passion for providing a great customer service experience. Strong communication and collaboration skills. An active interest in customers and a friendly, "people-person" demeanor. The ability to lift up to 60 lbs. unassisted.
