EDUCATION & PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Property, Economics, Finance, or related field
• RICS APC or equivalent professional qualification
• 2-4 years’ experience in commercial real estate, preferably in valuation, investment, or advisory roles

TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Strong analytical and numerical skills with proficiency in financial modelling
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with Argus or similar valuation software preferred
• Understanding of real estate valuation principles and methodologies
• Knowledge of UK retail property markets and investment structures
