WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Strat

  • Master’s degree preferably in economics with finance or corporate finance specialization,
  • At least 1 year of experience in strategy, transactions, or business projects in consulting, ideally in fields of VCS:

    o Strategy development,
    o Commercial due diligence,

    o Synergy analysis, target operating model development experience,

  • Proficiency in English and Polish is a must,

  • Excellent analytical skills,
  • Quick learner,
  • Willingness to involve in client management,
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills,
  • Outstanding problem solving, communication and presentation skills,
  • Ability to work effectively in teams with both clients and other Deloitte professionals,
  • Strong knowledge of various Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

As a Value Creation and Strategy, we provide Commercial Due Diligence, Operational Due Diligence, Cash and Working Capital optimization, Independent Business Review, PMI and other M&A related services.

At present, we are looking for candidates for a position of Strategy Associate in a developing Value Creation and Strategy Team in Warsaw. Here’s a sample of what you can experience:

  • You will be working with our team to deliver on various projects – that is why your strong engagement, commitment to excellence are crucial for us,
  • You will prepare materials, gather and analyze information, formulate and test hypotheses and finally translate your analyses into strategic directions – content prepared by you will be heavily leveraged and that is why your Excel, Power Point and analytical skills are important,
  • Contribute to engagement planning and ensuring that deliverable meet work plan,
  • Being support in defining client business needs,
  • Develop and strengthen client relationships through interactions with client personnel,
  • Assist in pitching for new engagements,
  • Participate in building, managing, and developing a VCS team
