We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Varicent Sales Performance Management (SPM) / Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) Administrator and Developer. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, configuring, and enhancing the Varicent SPM software application to ensure efficient commission processing and reporting. You will also work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutions that streamline processes, improve cycle times, and ensure accuracy.
