We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Varicent Sales Performance Management (SPM) / Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) Administrator and Developer. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, configuring, and enhancing the Varicent SPM software application to ensure efficient commission processing and reporting. You will also work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutions that streamline processes, improve cycle times, and ensure accuracy. This position provides a unique opportunity to drive innovation and contribute to process improvement initiatives within the organization.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Proficiency in Agile development methodologies and participation in Agile ceremonies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process optimization.
  • Experience in the insurance domain, with an understanding of insurance terminology, particularly in Life Insurance.
  • Prior experience in business analysis and technical documentation for Varicent ICM projects.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities
  • Support the administration and maintenance of the Varicent SPM commission software application.
  • Configure the application to meet business requirements, including enhancements, optimizations, and bug fixes.
  • Manage the full software development life cycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, integration, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that eliminate manual processes, improve efficiency, and ensure accurate results.
  • Create and publish dynamic dashboards and reports for commission insights and performance tracking.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to maintain system reliability.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for optimization and automation.
